NCFDD workshop "Mentoring 101: How to get what you need to thrive in the academy"
The New York Six Liberal Arts Consortium member schools are co-sponsoring a faculty development workshop run by the National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity on the following topic:
"Mentoring 101: How to get what you need to thrive in the academy."
The workshop will be facilitated by Dr. Rosemarie Roberts, a professor at Connecticut College. Participants will map their current mentoring network, identify pressing areas of need that are not being met, and create a plan to expand their existing mentoring network.
